Our exercise classes for moms are taught by qualified perinatal exercise specialists and offered throughout the Los Angeles area. Below is a listing of our current prenatal and postpartum classes. Our exercise classes for moms change frequently so be sure to check this page often or email us and we will notify you about new classes. Prenatal Classes

Prenatal Exercise Class

For expectant moms at any stage. This class incorporates safe and effective  exercises to help  physically prepare  the body  for the rapid changes that occur during pregnancy and after childbirth.

Starting in October 2014, we are thrilled to offer our prenatal exercise class at a new location – The Family Room. Our prenatal exercise class at The Family Room is offered on Saturdays at 10am. Click here for more details and to register. 

Mom & Baby Classes

Postpartum Recovery Class (Stage 1)

Stage 1 is designed to rebuild and strengthen your body, particularly the core muscles, and is recommended for postpartum moms that are ready to begin exercising (at least 6 weeks postpartum) before resuming other forms of traditional fitness. Babies are incorporated into the class: sometimes held and used as external resistance and other times on the floor, interacting with you as you exercise.

Taught as a series of 6 classes.

Starting in October 2014, we are thrilled to offer our postpartum recovery class at a new location – The Family Room. The next postpartum recovery class series at The Family Room runs from October 22-December 10. Class meets Wednesdays at 10am. Click here for more details and to register. 

Mommy Fit Class (Stage 2)

Stage 2 is designed for moms who have taken our postpartum recovery class, or have older babies (6+ months) and are ready for more intense exercise. These workouts target specific areas that are vulnerable during motherhood. What makes this class unique is how we involve babies – they are often used as our weights when performing exercises.

Starting in October 2014, we are thrilled to offer our mommy fit class at a new location – The Family Room. Our mommy fit class at The Family Room is offered on Saturdays at 9am. Click here for more details and to register.
