Prenatal Exercise Consultations

Our prenatal exercise consultations are very thorough and include:

  • Review of your pre-pregnancy exercise routine, needs, medical history, etc.
  • Fitness assessment
  • Review of important information related to exercising during pregnancy (such as: what’s safe and what’s not, how to monitor intensity, hydration and how to relieve common discomforts)
  • Ample time to discuss your questions and concerns
  • Creation of a workout plan that you can follow throughout your pregnancy
Prenatal Training Sessions

One hour training sessions catered to your stage of pregnancy. Sessions can be private or semi-private (2 expecting moms).

Depending on location, prenatal exercise consultations and training sessions are either done in-person (at your home or outdoor location close by) or via Skype. In-person sessions are available for many Los Angeles area cities including: Pasadena, South Pasadena, San Marino, Silverlake,  Eagle Rock, Los Feliz, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, La Canada and other parts of Los Angeles.
